Rebecca Ackerman

Rebecca Ackerman is a young professional eager to use her expertise and experience to help a cause close to home. Graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2016, Rebecca went on to move to Washington DC, where she furthered in skills and education in the field of data and technology. Graduating with her first masters from Johns Hopkins University, she received her Masters of Arts in Public Administration with a certificate in Nonprofit Management. Rebecca has worked with two enterprise organizations building their database, CRM system, leading strategy for internal data use and predicting future needs and wants. After realizing her passion for data could turn into a career, Rebecca completed her second masters at American University in May of 2022 in Data Science.
Both successful in her professional and educational career, Rebecca wants to enact change and help improve the lives of those suffering from mental health through her love of strategy, data, program management and creativity. Rebecca is a huge advocate for mental health and Hearts4Minds is her Aunts (Sheryl Johnson’s) organization. Being only 4 weeks older than Alex, Rebecca misses her cousin everyday.
