Ways to Help
Every donation helps save a life.
Whether you donate your money or time, your contribution ensures we can continue to help those who need it.
1 in 25
1 in 25 adults will experience a significant mental illness in their lifetime.
When these illnesses go undiagnosed, they can worsen and lead to further complications or even suicide. Sadly, these conditions are often treatable and curable, but people have to know and not be scared to get help.
This is why we need you.
Together we can raise awareness, break the stigma of mental illness, and improve the care for the ones suffering.
Donate Online
One of the easiest ways to help break the stigma of mental illness is to donate online via credit card or apple pay.
You can also make a donation in honor of someone by selecting dedicate this donation, and then the appropriate box.

Donate Your Time
Can’t donate money at this time? Try volunteering your time instead! We have numerous ways you can do so.
If you’re hosting a local event and want to represent Hearts 4 Minds, please contact us. We’re happy to work with you and work out the logistics.
Another way to help us is with our Post-It Notes Initiative. By purchasing a pack of our Hearts 4 Minds post-it notes and leaving positive messages around the community, you can provide much-needed support to those struggling with mental illness.
Sponsor a Mural
If you want to donate something tangible, try sponsoring a mural!
Each Murals with Meaning we create is another resource for those who need help.
When you sponsor a mural, your investment isn’t a one-time deal. It’s an investment for up to 10 years to ensure the mural is finished and maintained.
With your support, we can continue to alter how people look at mental health.
