Our Mission

Break the Stigma of Mental Illness

Mental illness can happen to anyone. Whether it’s through genetics, a traumatic event, or something else, it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that mental health is often treatable if the afflicted person gets help? Unfortunately, 59% of people in the United States suffering from mental illness don’t get the help they need or deserve.

There is a huge stigma surrounding mental illness. People are afraid of being called “nuts” or “crazy,” and so avoid associating with the mentally ill. But what happened if the stigma disappeared? That’s where we come in.

What We Do

Hearts 4 Minds is leading the charge to break down the stigma of mental illness and alter how we look at mental health. It’s our mission to improve care for the mentally ill by becoming a resource on mental health, connecting those who need help with providers, and providing financial assistance for those who need it.

By transforming mental health, we can save lives.

We do this through:

Improve Care

Improve Care

Funds are needed for research and innovation to develop changes in the mental health care ecosystem. Through adequate funding, we can ensure that people can access and benefit from care.

Be A Resource

Be A Resource

We are committed to being the place to go for information and help. By becoming a resource on mental health, those struggling can receive accurate and timely information on mental disorders and changes in treatment and research.

Create Connections

Create Connections

Mental health needs to be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to create connections for those who need help to proper providers.

Raise Awareness

Raise Awareness

Part of removing the stigma of mental illness is understanding that there is one. By educating the masses and raising awareness, we can alter how people look at mental health.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance

Many people can’t afford proper help. We are working to provide funding for underserved communities in need of mental health care through establishing a grant fund for non-profit providers in underserved communities.
