Nikki Griffin

Nikki Griffin has always had a passion for community health. For the past five years she has worked as laboratory scientist at UF Health specializing in the study of body tissues and diseases.
She is currently a graduate student at the University of West Florida pursuing her master’s in healthcare administration. Shortly after starting her career at UF Health, she began seeking more ways to make an impact in her hometown Jacksonville, Florida. She founded a volunteer group for UF Health and has given more than 600 hours of service into helping those in need.
In 2022, Nikki discovered Hearts 4 Minds and fell in love with the mental health mission and became eager to get involved.
Nikki believes we are the best versions of ourselves when we are helping others and has the ultimate goal of pushing towards community health unification.
