According to the Trevor Project’s 2022 National Survey on LGBTQ Youth Mental Health, 45% of LGBTQ youth seriously considered attempting suicide in the past year, while 60% of youth who wanted mental health care in the past year weren’t able to get it. With these statistics, it’s more important than ever to break the stigma of mental health and provide support and care to those struggling.
