Ways to Help

Every donation helps save a life.

Whether you donate your money or time, your contribution ensures we can continue to help those who need it.

1 in 25

1 in 25 adults will experience a significant mental illness in their lifetime.

When these illnesses go undiagnosed, they can worsen and lead to further complications or even suicide. Sadly, these conditions are often treatable and curable, but people have to know and not be scared to get help.

This is why we need you.

Together we can raise awareness, break the stigma of mental illness, and improve the care for the ones suffering.

 Donate Online

One of the easiest ways to help break the stigma of mental illness is to donate online via credit card or apple pay.

You can also make a donation in honor of someone by selecting dedicate this donation, and then the appropriate box.
